Turnaround Time
Custom embroidered orders ship in 7 business days from the day artwork is approved. Blank stock items ship in 1–2 business days. Rush orders may be available — email us to check availability.
Shipping
We ship nationwide via UPS and USPS. Shipping cost and delivery time are calculated at checkout based on your address and package weight. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Local Pickup
Amarillo-area customers can pick up orders at our shop. Select "Local pickup" at checkout and we'll email you when your order is ready.
Returns on Custom Orders
Because embroidered items are made to order, we don't accept returns unless the item arrives defective or the production doesn't match the approved proof. If something's wrong, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
Returns on Blank Stock
Non-embroidered blank items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original, unwashed, unworn condition with tags attached. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless otherwise discussed with Stitch Riot.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, save all packaging and email photos to info@stitchriotapparel.com within 48 hours. We'll file the claim and get a replacement out fast.
