These Terms of Service govern your use of stitchriotapparel.com and any purchase you make from Stitch Riot ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these terms.
Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are shown in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely through Shopify at checkout.
Custom Embroidery
When you upload artwork for embroidery, you confirm that you own the rights to that artwork or have permission to use it. We are not responsible for trademark or copyright disputes arising from customer-supplied artwork. Approved artwork proofs become production-ready; changes after approval may incur additional fees.
Turnaround & Shipping
Standard turnaround for custom embroidery is 7 business days from artwork approval, plus transit time. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
Returns
Because embroidered items are custom-made for you, they are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective or contain a production error. Blank stock items may be returned within 14 days in original, unwashed condition. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless otherwise discussed with Stitch Riot.
Limitation of Liability
Stitch Riot's total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may update these terms at any time. The current version is always posted on this page.
